Taylor Swift appeared to react with anger while attending the 81st Annual Golden Globes after the host joked about her romance with Travis Kelce.
The 34-year-old attended the prestigious awards after her concert film The Eras Tour was nominated in the new category of Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.
And while Swift lost the award to the 2023 live-action film Barbie, this may not have been her lowest moment during the night.
At one instance, host Jo Koy joked about the singer’s romance with Travis Kelce and her latest publicized appearance at his NFL games, leaving Taylor unimpressed and rather angry looking.
“Welcome back. As you know, we came on after a football doubleheader,” he said.
“The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL – on the Golden Globes fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift.”
Not seeing the funny side of the joke, Taylor responded by glaring straight ahead and taking a sip of her drink while refusing to crack a smile.
Koy added: “I swear, there’s more to go to here. Sorry about that.”
Following the ceremony, angry swifties flooded the social media by slamming the Golden Globes host and accusing him of making sexist jokes.
“Using Taylor Swift in a joke that stopped being funny months ago was a cheap shot. That joke just didn’t make sense and wasn’t funny. Why tf u bringing up the NFL only to talk about Taylor Swift,” one triggered swiftie wrote.
“Taylor didn’t like that joke and neither did we or anyone else. Get Jo Koy off that stage, terrible host. NONE of his sexist jokes have landed so far this whole night,” another said.
