The last thing that any parent wants is to be confronted by their child’s teacher, first thing in the morning.
But in this next story, a mother says she was left beyond startled and shocked after her son’s preschool teacher requested a meeting, right after she dropped her son at school.
“I just didn’t know what to make of it. I did not know what my child had done or what conversation she wished to have with me. I was in a state of dilemma and I needed to stay calm and prevent myself from overthinking”- the woman explained.
But to her surprise, the topic of discussion really blew her mind. It was about her new family pet- a little puppy.
The teacher says her son informed her about their new pet’s name and she found it to be extremely inappropriate. And for that reason, she thought it would be alright to come forward and discuss the matter with the child’s mom.
“I just couldn’t control my laughter and the types of complaints she was making. It was just so funny and I tried to set the record straight about the matter because she really had it wrong”- the mother continued.
The child had mentioned how the puppy was so adorable and when it came down to the name, every one put in their input because the puppy was a surprise for them and no one had anticipated its arrival.
Since her son struggled with the letter T and its pronunciation, he told the teacher the wrong name. In reality, the dog’s name was Tucker and the child had mistaken it for f*cker, which left the teacher horrified.
In the end, the mother cleared the entire conversation, adding how it was a great experience to meet the teacher and she’s glad to know how caring her son’s school is in this regard.
