Priscilla Presley was recently seen getting all emotional when discussing dating lonely Elvis Presley during her teenage years.
The celeb spoke about how very few people know about this period and how they just assume a lot of incorrect details. Therefore, when interviewed about the phase, she was more than happy to shed light on the matter.
The star is recalling how lonely Elvis was when she and the legendary performer met in the year 1959. Many people just found it hard to assume that they were a couple and she loved proving them wrong. She was only 14 years old at the time and admitted to how everyone incorrectly assumed that it was about intimacy.
“I was too young to get intimate with him. That was not the case here. I was 14 and he was ten years older than me. I was his listener as he loved to talk and speak about what was on his mind.
“The Burning Love crooner would simply sit down and chat with me for hours. I loved how he would be the one to pour his heart out to me. I knew immediately that I was dealing with a very lonely person”- she added.
