Terrifying new details are emerging about a Walmart store in Canada where a young teenage employee was reportedly baked to her death.
The incident took place on October 19 where the victim was identified as 19-year-old Gursimran Kaur. She was baked to her death in the walk-in oven.
The victim emigrated to Canada from India with her mom about three years back and the duo soon started to work at the store in Halifax Nova Scotia.
The mom noticed how her daughter was missing from the shop floor for more than one hour. Her phone was also turned off which again was a very peculiar thing for the mom to notice.
That’s when all of a sudden, one of the colleagues in the location spoke about potential leakage from inside the walk-in over.
By the time the first responders arrived at the scene, it was just too late. She had died inside the burning hot appliance and her mom was the one to retrieve her charred remains.
The incident led to a lot of controversy as the family demanded investigations to speed up and figure out what happened that day.
For now, the Walmark store has decided to discard the giant oven where the victim was baked to death.
