If you happen to be on the lookout for ways to get rid of that extra flab that you may have gained during the holiday season, well, we’ve got some great news for you!
Health experts are revealing some startling findings about weight loss and that includes rubbishing some shocking fads that most of us believed to be true.
For years, we’ve been hearing experts speak about how exercise is quintessential for a healthy lifestyle. Others talk about eating right and working out as the best way to burn off those extra calories.
But what if we told you that all that we’ve been hearing for so long regarding eating healthily and exercising is not true? Well, it’s not us who is saying this but the experts.

The doctor is a trained epidemiologist and has also made a great name for himself thanks to the way he tracked COVID-19 infections during the pandemic.
According to him, all the long-term studies have proven that exercise actually ends up contributing very little to weight loss.
No matter what kind you may be doing, it’s not the ultimate solution and there are other ways you need to adopt if you really wish to benefit from shedding those extra pounds, he adds.
He adds that changing your diet, improving your diet, and then losing weight by this means is the way to go. And then when you exercise with this, the weight you lost will certainly be prevented from getting back on.
In the end, the leading doctor says exercise is great for your health, for your mood, and a wonderful decision for your heart too. But if your sole goal is weight loss, you’re not going to achieve that with this method.
