Travis Scott’s fans have been left fuming after the singer suddenly canceled his concert without any explanation.
The 32-year-old rapper was set to hold his second performance in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Saturday night before suddenly postponing the concert.
While the Friday performance in Raleigh went as planned, fans of the musician were left stunned when their plans fell into the water as the Saturday event was canceled.
According to the reports, hundreds of fans showed up at the PNC Arena unaware that the concert was canceled. Once at the venue, concert-goers were greeted by an audio message and a written notice saying the show was postponed due to “reasons beyond our control.”
“Tonight’s Travis Scott concert at PNC Arena has been postponed. Fans are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as they will be honored for the TBD new date,” one sign read.
“We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you!”
The postponing of the second Raleigh concert – which was added to the rapper’s tour due to huge demand – sparked fury among Travis’s fans who already made arrangements to attend the gig.
“Yeah they just told me that they have no explanation of why he’s not here,” one disappointed fan told WHAL.
“We drove 5 hours and booked a hotel in Raleigh to see you. Now we’re out of luck, why?” another wrote on X.
“What the he** bro we made reservations and plans to see you and you can’t even provide a proper explanation? Waste of money,” someone fumed.
A fourth said: “We want to know why the concert was postponed and we also want to know what the artist Travis Scott has to say about the concert being postponed.”
