Maya Benberry, 31, is a reality TV star who made headlines after winning Kelce’s E! dating show back in 2016. For a few months, the pair dated before their relationship came to an end when she accused him of cheating on her with sports broadcaster Kayla Nicole.

After Kelce’s recent romance with Taylor Swift kicked off, Maya spoke out and urged the pop star to run for the hills saying a cheater will always stay a cheater.

Following her shocking statement, a source close to the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end spoke out and denied cheating allegations while telling TMZ that Benberry was just “trying to get her 15 minutes of fame.”

The 31-year-old reality star has since hit back at the denial and defended her right to speak out about her experience after Kelce’s fans told her to stop being bitter and move on.

“It’s crazy how this man has been doing interviews and podcasts about the show for YEARS but when I make a comment about it, I’m wrong?” Benberry fumed.

“The hypocrisy is real. If he can speak on his experience, why can’t I?”

In a heated Instagram rant, she added: “I got asked about my relationship and I spoke on it because I can. It’s my life and I can speak on it or about it whenever I please. Everything I said now about my experience I said then after we broke up. So my narrative hasn’t changed, nor will it.

“What I’m not going to do is put on façade about my experience when asked about infidelity. You don’t have to like my answer, but the truth is the truth.”

Just a day earlier, Benberry warned Swift to stay away from her ex while advising the Bad Blood singer to be smart.

“Taylor seems like such a fun girl with a beautiful spirit so I wish her the best of luck but I wouldn’t be a girls’ girl if I didn’t advise her to be smart!” she said.

“I’m sure by now she has mastered the ability to see who is really there for her – and who is just using her. I can only hope that she comes out the teacher in this situation and not the student.”
