US President Donald Trump’s international shopping list is attracting a lot of controversy.
This week, we saw the second lady and wife of JD Vance prepare to visit Greenland on Thursday. The US President decided to chat on the matter during a press briefing, adding how her trip was all about friendship.
However, during the conversation, he forgot Usha Vance’s name, which was a serious blunder on the President’s part.
The news comes as Greenland’s prime minister does not feel Trump’s words can be trusted, especially after he conveyed the point that the country belongs to him and that it was in the best interest of the US to take on the nation, against the people’s will.
Trump went as far as to share how the US has military bases in the country, so if need be, he would be deploying troops for the safe takeover of the region.
Ms Vance will now be on her way to the country and will be accompanied by her son for the trip, which is being called a United States Delegation.

The goal is to learn more about the Greenlandic heritage while attending the Danish country’s national dogsled race too.
However, even before her trip, she’s getting a not-so-warm welcome as many feel she’s coming over to spy and possibly assist the Trump administration succeed in their ‘unlawful’ takeover of the country.
