JUST IN: Trump Says He Would Threaten Russia With NUCLEAR Submarines If He Was Still The President

Donald Trump has spoken out about the Ukraine crisis as he claimed the invasion would “never, ever” start under his rule.

As the 45th US President insisted in an interview with Fox Business’s Varney & Co., he would do a lot more to help embattled Ukraine than the West is currently doing.

Besides saying he would send nuclear submarines to Russia and tell Putin that “we’ll be coasting back and forth up and down your coast,” Trump suggested his administration would deliberate sending more than just jets to help the Ukrainian Air Force.

“Let me just explain that Putin is saying things like, ‘Don’t you dare send anything in,’” Trump said after the host asked him what exactly he would do to deal with Putin and his aggression in Ukraine.

“In the meantime he’s killing thousands and thousands of people. So he’s acting like we’re an aggressor if we send in some old 44-year-old plane that probably gets shot at in the sky pretty quickly, and he’s acting like we’re terrible people if we do that.

“But he’s killing tens of thousands of people, far more than they’re reporting.”

After being pressed for a more direct answer, Trump added: “Well what I would do, is I would — we would — we have tremendous military capability.point 318 |

And what we can do without planes, to be honest with you, without 44-year-old jets, what we can do is enormous, and we should be doing it and we should be helping them to survive and they’re doing an amazing job.point 174 | point 177 | 1

Still unsure by what Trump’s alleged military support to Ukraine would entitle, host Stuart Varney added: “Well let me press you again on what extra military help you would give the Ukrainians.”

Finally, Trump became more specific as he went on to suggest drones could be utilized because they “are just as effective as anything nowadays.”

“You can do drones, plus they give back tremendous amounts of information, and the information leads missiles to whatever the hell target they are,” the former president said.

Trump’s interview comes just days after Biden announced Kyiv would receive an additional $800 million in military assistance. Among various defensive equipment, the latest support package will include some one hundred drones and 2,600 Javelin anti-tank missiles.
