JUST IN: Tsunami Warning Issued For Several Countries As HUGE Undersea Volcano Eruption Sends Waves Crashing Into Tonga


Major tsunami alerts and warnings have been issued for several different countries as a mega undersea volcano erupted and sent thousands in distress in the South Pacific island nation of Tonga.

According to local media outlets, the island nation was reportedly slammed by major tsunami waves that were reportedly 4ft tall, right after the giant undersea volcano erupted on Saturday.

Horrifying and dramatic video footage has gone on to show the giant waves crashing into both homes as well as buildings. In the same way, Tongan’s Meteorological Service had even gone about warning citizens to quickly find high ground in an effort to stay safe from natural disasters.

Meanwhile, reports have also gone on to mention how different countries on the West coast need to stay alert and these include recent alerts issued for Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, and American Samoa.

On the other hand, startling satellite footage and images have also started making the rounds on social media which featured the massive volcanic eruption and its aftermath.

The center also mentioned how an urgent alert for Australia was issued now, mentioning how it would be affecting the nation by about 9:45 pm on Saturday, adding how all citizens must move far away from the edge of the waterfront.

In the same way, plenty of residents located east of Sydney has also reportedly been advised to evacuate as swiftly as possible since the tsunami can bear down upon the offshore territory.

Thousands of citizens in Tonga were forced to flee for their lives as the surging waves struck their homes, as volcanic ash began to rain down from the sky.

These people were warned to get out of the water and move as far away as the island of Fiji as so many residences in the tiny South Pacific country were being swept away at a fast pace.
