Terrifying reports are going on to speak about a mortifying incident involving one Uber passenger and her ride.

Sources have gone on to reveal how the female passenger mistakenly assumed she was being kidnapped. On that note, she took matters into her own hands and shot the driver on the spot, killing him instantly.

Little did she realize that this would cost her big time, and now she’s being held accountable for her actions and has been charged with murder.

The victim’s niece says that her uncle did not deserve to be killed or murdered in that brutal manner. “Nobody deserves that, it’s wrong on a different level!”- another went on to mention. And since then, the case went from ordinary to high profile in no time.

The woman is now facing charges linked to murder and this is not something that many people saw from miles.

She admits to pulling the trigger but cried and revealed how it was being done in her own defense. “I never wished to harm anyone intentionally”- she further elaborated.

The incident reportedly took place in Texas recently. It sparked an outcry by the victim’s family members and now, a detailed investigation by the El Passo Police Department ensued.

And that’s where the cops and the authorities claim they did not see any form of threat being directed toward the passenger’s way by the driver. Similarly, it was also revealed how the driver never veered her in the wrong direction and stayed on track throughout the journey.

The female suspect who goes by the name of Phoebe Copas mentioned how she was being held currently on a bond that was worth a staggering $1.5 million.

Meanwhile, the family of the victim named Daniel Garcia confirmed how he had been taken off of life support recently. He was identified as a loving father and the sole provider of the family.
