Actor Kevin Costner wants the world to know that he’s glad the ugly child support battle featuring his estranged wife is over and done with.
The leading A-list star from Hollywood came out on top of the ordeal after the court ordered him to pay just $63,000 a month. That really did leave his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner and her legal team red in the face as they had initially requested a whopping $250,000.
The star celebrated the news in style with a victory brunch. This was the first time he was pictured out and about in the public with his 14-year-old son Hayes who was all smiles as he spent time with his father.
Christine had provided plenty of justifications regarding how her children needed more money because they had grown up in luxury and how their genes had no room for leading a life that was anything less than that.
But Costner has always claimed that the amount he has put forward was more than enough for his kids and that their mother was more interested in getting extra cash for her own benefits.
“She needs to spend more on herself and her cosmetic surgeries”- This was the initial statement outlined by the star when Christine was seen arguing in court for her payments.
Yesterday, more reports spoke about how the star is all set to file another lawsuit for his payments of the Yellowstone series against Christine.
But for now, he’s unwinding and looking dapper in his relaxed and casual attire that featured a pair of black shades, blue jeans, and a blue jacket. Meanwhile, his son opted for a classic white tee and blue jeans look as the media tried to capture the pair as they enjoyed some much-needed quality time together.
