A young widow from Australia has gone about sharing some heart-stopping moments when her partner fell off a high cliff during a freak accident.
This included a rock climbing adventure that went seriously wrong and now, she’s reaping the horrifying aftermath that is beyond tragic.
The woman who goes by the name Emma Heritage explained how she stood just meters away from her young husband Daniel who suddenly lost his footing and slipped off a high peak in the Banff National Park
The couple who hails from Adelaide embarked on the adventure together but little were they aware of the dangers that surrounded them.
Daniel and his wife enjoyed long expeditions that they called relaxing and a wholesome experience. This time around, they were so excited to see the Canadian Rockies.
The widow explained how the rope that was holding them together started to unfasten and she felt it weaken. This was the point where she got worried and turned around.
At this point, Daniel fell before her eyes and it was a nightmare for her. She ran and saw a lot of blood gushing from his mouth and his eyes were closed.
She managed to call for quick emergency services but when the paramedics arrived on time they told her that they needed to get her down before him. This was when she knew that he was no longer in this world.
