The first person to break the news was his brother Thomas Cobbs who mentioned through a sad news statement on Facebook how saddened he was to hear this.
On Tuesday, Bill passed away peacefully at his residence in California, the statement added.
The beloved star was the most loving partner, big brother, uncle, godfather, and friend to many.
He recently celebrated his 90th birthday celebrations where he was surrounded and supported by loved ones.
