Former US President Donald Trump mentioned on Thursday how strongly he believes Republican Nancy Pelosi needs to be prosecuted over the crimes she has committed.
The news has sparked widespread interest as many didn’t see this one coming. But as per Trump, this should have been done a long time back regarding her partner’s Visa stock trades.
The news comes ahead of the DOJ lawsuit filed against the credit card giant firm.
Speaking during a press conference in New York recently, Trump did not shy away from stating that Pelosi had an issue because of her husband who sold their Visa Stocks.
He confirmed how they had a lot of Visa stocks, one day before the incident was announced that Visa would be sued by the DOJ.
He called the behavior very strange and said that she needed to be persecuted as there was something that was not quite right there.
The former House speaker’s husband is known for unloading nearly 2000 shares of Visa Stock that’s worth a mega $500k and $1 million on July 1 as revealed in the financial disclosures.
