Tech billionaire Elon Musk has just issued a warning to singer Taylor Swift after the star was crowned Time Magazine’s prestigious award for Person of the Year in 2023.
The star says that the songstress may have been honored with the major accolade but after getting a similar award in the past, he knows that she won’t be a people’s favorite for too long. And he reiterated that during a recently held interview, adding how he’s speaking from his own experience.
The news comes after the diva took to her account on X to thank the magazine’s West Coast Editor who is the one responsible for writing the famous piece that served as the perfect tribute for the celeb’s standout achievements in the year 2023.
While Swift has gotten plenty of awards in the past, thanks to her glittering career in the world of pop music, this year has been huge for her, in more ways than one.
This includes the addition of a new lover to her life whom she seems to have fallen head over heels for. In the same manner, she’s had a great year for her career with the launch of many hit numbers, not to mention her Eras Tour which had people talking for obvious reasons.
But Musk has warned the music sensation how too much fame is never good and added a comment to the praise Swift made for the article writer of her piece, Sam Lansky.
She referred to his words as ones that were so beautifully put together and even added terms like hilarious, intriguing, and even interesting.
After congratulating the star, he says that it wouldn’t be too long before she has fewer fans and followers with a major drop in popularity, thanks to the acknowledgment she just received. Therefore, he warned her to be prepared for the aftermath that’s never pretty.
