The wife of French President Emmanuel Macron is planning on suing over false allegations that she was born a man.
According to local media reports, Brigitte now plans on taking strict legal action after horrifying and bizarre disinformation began to surface via a campaign.
Reports claim that Brigitte was left shocked beyond belief after many falsely accused her of being born as a man.
The bizarre rumors first began to surface in the month of March this year when a Facebook post that was revealed in the middle of October showed how one far-right outlet put up an article in the public eye regarding the topic.
It was reportedly titled ‘mystery of Brigette Macron’, sparking outrage amongst many of her team members.
The piece of gossip that started to circulate on various social media platforms explained how Brigitte was a transgender woman whose real name at birth was Jean-Michel Trogneux.
Meanwhile, the bizarre claims that surfaced in the past few weeks have come back with full force. And that includes another trending hashtag that includes #JeanMichelTrogneux.
Now, the 68-year-old wife of the French President claims that she has had enough and is now intending to file a mega lawsuit that will sue over this major disinformation that has left the public beyond confused, as revealed by her lawyer named Jean Ennochi while speaking to AFP.
While speaking to the news service, he spoke about how she has opted to start the legal procedures to hold all of those accountable for spreading false lies.
Interestingly, the horrifying claims come at a time when her husband gears up for the French re-election that will take place in the month of April. However, he is yet to officially announce his run for the presidency again.
Shockingly, the couple has also faced a number of different accusations concerning their relationship in the past.
