Shocking reports are speaking about a 33-year-old woman who was recently arrested for allowing her 10-year-old son to get a tattoo printed across his forearm.
The woman named Crystal Thomas says she was horrified to learn about the ordeal as authorities branded her a major endangerment to the welfare of the young kid.
Crystal says she and her son were living at a motel. And that’s when they both reportedly ran into the tattoo artist who happened to be staying in the same location as them.
Since he was living right next door in a room, he offered to give the child a tattoo. And Crystal did agree as long as it was nearby. But the cops claim the mom didn’t even bother to supervise the action and that just goes to show how careless she was about the whole ordeal.
The tattoo was printed in full-block letters and was seen across his forearm. It had his name written on it and the mother and the child felt it looked pretty decent.
The motel was identified to be the Highland Motel in Highland that’s located near Poughkeepsie. They were staying there for about a few weeks, right before the arrest took place during the early part of the month.
“She was not in the room next to her where the tattoo application was taking place. Also, the tattoo was not a professional job and that means it came with a lot of risks too. It’s more than six inches in length”- the police chief went on to add, expressing his dismay over the incident.
The Lloyd police only became aware of the incident after the child visited his school. And the teachers were horrified to see that mark on his arm. They tried to cover it in vaseline but it was in vain.
