Parents SUE Orlando hospital Claiming Worker Broke Newborn Daughter’s Neck, Ultimately Killing Her


New and distressing reports from Orlando are speaking about a couple filing a lawsuit against a leading local hospital after their daughter’s death.

According to reports from local media outlets, two grieving parents accused the hospital of taking their daughter’s life under the most horrifying circumstances.

They shared how she died after one of the workers broke their daughter’s neck, killing her in an instant. They also shared how they were unable to hear their daughter cry because that’s how brutal her death was.

The news has raised concerns in the local community with calls for an immediate investigation regarding what really happened at that moment in time.

The parents shared how they welcomed their child at just 24 weeks after an emergency c-section was ordered by the doctors.

Their baby girl was named Jahxy Peets and she arrived at the Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies as reported by People Magazine.

However, after the c-section procedure, the child was intubated by the workers and admitted to their neonatal intensive care or NICU.

Another lawsuit was rolled out by parents which stated that there was no evidence of any trauma related to the birth.

But at about two weeks old, an MRI of the child showed her neck was broken. The baby suffered from a terrifying debilitating spinal cord injury that left her with instant paralysis and unable to breathe on her own as revealed in the court documents.
