One family has left all others stunned after claiming they’re all in favor of her daughter’s journey to become a boy.
Therefore, they have even held a gender reveal party for the six-year-old to mark her big occasion and introduce her to the family again.
The family explained how they believed everything their child was saying and they knew deep down inside that she could not be wrong.
“The child knows best. We’ve been observing her in silence for quite some time now. And we agree that this is the best way to make her feel comfortable. We also wanted the rest of the family to know more about her”- they continued.
But netizens online were not a fan of this Canadian family’s unique thinking and broad-mindedness. They felt they were giving the wrong message as a 6-year-old cannot be old enough to make the journey of transition.
“They can hardly remember their name. And here you are allowing them to change their gender”- blasted one netizen. And just like that, the comments kept on coming in.
The news did not sit down well with netizens who found it bizarre and strange that someone would even find it alright to celebrate a six-year transition from a girl into a boy.
Similarly, they called the family out for promoting such things on social media that they did not find to be ok.
And if that was not troublesome enough, think along the lines of the mother even setting up a page on social media where she spoke about transitioning and requested the world to provide more advice on this front.
All in all, netizens were in denial and we could only imagine what the family must have thought regarding a party celebrating this transition.
