Orcas were seen battering a giant luxurious yacht in a terrifying two-hour-long attack that took place on Wednesday.
According to reports from local media outlets, this did not end until the massive $128k vessel sank to the Meditteranean Sea’s bottom.
Robert Powell and his crew were reportedly just 22 hours into their excursion that was supposed to last 10 days. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The giant species had their eyes on the ship and just wished to destroy it, leaving their inhabitants terrified as they were attacked like it was a pack of giant wolves.
Many have lashed out at the video, stating how these species were some of the most friendly creatures in this world.
They added how the species were only playing and that nothing should be taken seriously but the destruction left others horrified.
‘They were not playing at all. Only I know what I just went through. If anyone feels like this is a joke, please think again. We could have lost our lives”- Powell explained in a worried tone.
The sailors feel the killer whales had complete knowledge about the boat’s weak point and therefore continued to attack them left and right. And knowing that someone’s sole intention was to sink the boat has left a lot of people horrified.
