A judge has recently ruled that a 13-year-old child is just too young to be charged with the murder of Declan Cutler.
The shocking and tragic incident that arose in the Australian city of Melbourne last year had people talking for obvious reasons.
The suspect who is just 13 and hence cannot be mentioned in detail because of his young age is said to be the main culprit in taking the life of another teen who was three years older than him.
The victim was murdered after he left a birthday party that was held in Melbourne, sources added. And it’s just so tragic how all the events unfolded so quickly.
He was the lead killer of a group that comprised 8 other individuals who attacked and killed 16-year-old Declan as he left a birthday event that was held in Melbourne last year.
The victim became separated from his closest pals and that is what made him more vulnerable to being targeted. Therefore, a stolen vehicle featuring the suspects managed to pull up after the party was over.
And they dragged him inside, only to kill him off later.
Now, the youngest of that lot who is 14 had been charged for the crime with alternate charges linked to manslaughter.
But today, the latest court ruling says he will not be charged as he cannot be held criminally responsible for the act. Furthermore, talk about a reasonable possibility of him not knowing or being aware of the conduct in place and how the crime he was committing was so wrong for obvious reasons.
Therefore, on that account, and considering his young age, he will not be charged or found guilty of manslaughter or even murder.
Meanwhile, the supporters of the victim were seen screaming and crying and after hearing about this all, they felt it was wrong. Another person yelled how it was just so disgusting.
