Nicole Scherzinger talks about her link-up with Thom Evans, there were rumors that the pair are dating after she voted for Try Star to go home in the X-Factor: Celebrity semi-final.
When the rugby star was asked about his romance with Nicole, he gets flustered.
During a chat on Good Morning Britain, on Wednesday, the Pussycat Dolls singer, 41, announced she was reuniting with the band – minus Melanie Thornton, for a 2020 tour and said she is just focusing on that right now.
Nicole said on Dan Wootton’s podcast: ‘Thom is lovely but what’s going on is that I am very busy. It’s been a very transitional transformation year for me and I am focusing on distracting myself with my destiny.
‘Truth be told, I willed and prayed for this [reunion]. It took a lot of work.
‘The timing was right. It took a lot of focus.’
Nicole shocked everyone after she voted for Thom’s band Try Star to send them home on Saturday’s episode of The X Factor: Celebrity.
Fans claim she voted Thom off the show to ‘save their romance.’
According to The Sun, Nicole, is fed up with people scrutinizing and mocking her romance with the ex-rugby player.
A source said: ‘Nicole is really into Thom and she didn’t want jokes being made about them. She chose to get rid of his group Try Star because it would stop people from scrutinizing what she has with Tom. And she knew they were the weaker act.’
Nicole also confirmed, The Pussycat Dolls have reunited nine years after they broke up – but Melody Thornton is not part of the comeback.
The lead singer is ‘very excited’ about getting back together with the ‘Don’t Cha’ hitmakers – also made up of Ashley Roberts, 38, Kimberly Wyatt, 37, Carmit Bachar, 45, and Jessica Sutta, 37.
The tour will be in April 2020, more than a decade after their split. There were rumors that Nicole’s dominant behavior in both the recording studio and on stage was the reason for their split.
