A dad designed a special surprise for his son, who is obsessed with gaming by creating a big Nintendo Switch that covered the television.
Steven Beck, living in Manchester, thought that the room of his son, Jesse could use a little makeover. Look at the television. Isn’t it something amazing?
The dad worked really hard to built this for his son, and he only used plastic and plywood to create this lovely surprise. Once finished, he mounted the switch on the TV wall all by himself and its looks so realistic.
After this creation was posted online, it has gone viral, and gamers from across the world are impressed. They are asking him how he created it and some even asking him to make such creations for them.
The dad said that his son spends most of his time on this switch and is totally in love with it. Moreover, he had already planned this makeover for his son’s room and was able to acquire materials from his workplace itself.
Basically, Nintendo Switch is a gaming console that is used to play games. It can be either used independently or plugged into the TV to play on a big screen.
The dad continues that he simply copied the actual switch. He created the shelves using plywood so that his son could store his game devices and disc in them. He only had to buy paint, plastics and the vinyl letter to apply on the buttons.
When he first saw the chuffed reaction of his son, Steven was so overwhelmed with joy. Given the massive structure, you would think that it would have cost him a lot.
But in reality, it was a lovely pocket-friendly creation that only set him back around Euro 71.
And it only took Steven one and a half-day to complete this design. While Jesse was at his mum’s house over the weekend, the dad worked to complete the design.
