A Woman With Lean Disorder Pushed Hard To Become The Strongest Woman In The UK

A nurse weighing under 10 stones and suffering from a lean disorder has pushed the boundaries of her physical ability to become the strongest woman in the UK.

Chloe Brennan, from Tamworth, England, has a full-time job as a disability nurse but she still manages to spare enough time to work out, pushing her body to all physical limits possible.

The 23-year-old is a real source of inspiration for many.

Weighing just 140 lbs., Chloe is preparing for the nationwide workout competitions. Her exercise routine is tough, including lifting giant rocks, dumbbell weights and, toughest of all, Vauxhall Corsas.

Chloe proudly boasts holding the title of gold in three consecutive Midland championships, besides winning the title of England’s strongest woman.

After having won the UK, the strong lady is now looking forward to showcasing her talent in the US to prove that she’s the best.

Speaking about her work out and her passion for being the strongest, Chloe said: “All workouts are different and my coach really challenges me which is awesome.

“I’d be worried if I had easy training sessions! The rush of endorphins is so addictive.

“Winning is awesome but nothing beats the feeling of lifting something heavy and doing things that people don’t think is possible! It’s like a wave of euphoria!”

Talented, determined, positive-minded and strong, Chloe appreciates the support she gets from her competitors.

According to Chloe, she and other strong women like her are a source of inspiration for many.

“Competitors are super supportive,” she said. “Strong woman is the best sport for this in my opinion, we all want to win but we will each other on to be the best we can be!

“I love when young women say that they have been inspired by my videos and realizing that lifting heavy weights won’t make them ‘big’ or ‘manly’ and realizing that they too can be strong!”

Even though the competitions of such championships are funded by the competitors themselves, the spark in Chloe keeps her moving even if she has to spend her hard-earned money on her passion.

Speaking of the financial problems she faces, Chloe said: “Having the opportunity to compete internationally and represent the UK is super difficult.

“I work full time and am currently buying my first home so money to fund my sport is tight! But love and passion drives all of us crazy strong women.”
