Obesity is a problem; it’s a disease.
No one chooses to be obese, but certain problems and habits make you go through the misery.
Jennifer Knapp Wilkinson is an obese woman with so many mental troubles. Once, while shopping for her family in Walmart, Jennifer was riding on a scooter made for shoppers who have issues with walking.
Jennifer was riding through the isle of soda cans. She wanted a pack of sodas, so she tried to lean and pick one. She lost her balance and fell off. It was a very embarrassing moment for her.
Two girls standing behind her thought of the fall as a very funny picture. They clicked her and posted it on People of Walmart, a page where shoppers of Walmart are ridiculed.
The picture revolved around for 6 years when it finally reached Jennifer.
Jennifer then decided to speak about the picture. She is struggling with life. She has spondylolisthesis, a bone disease where the vertebra of the spine moves forward, losing its original place. This causes immense pain and numbness when Jennifer keeps standing for a while or when she walks.
She made eating her way to cope with her depressive disorders. She suffers from PTSD and accident personality disorder.
Her obese body is not something she wants. Her disorders lower her chances of losing weight. This is misery to her and not a choice. Her weight is constant now. It’s not increasing, but also it’s not decreasing either.
