An 1887 house, once covered in dust, deteriorating to rubble, has been saved and restored to its former beauty.
This five-bedroom and three-bathroom home was built in the Queen Anne Style in York, PA. It boasted brag-worthy porches and intricate brick, trim, and decorative detail. The house was left empty for years, allowing its aesthetics to sag, and making it completely uninhabitable.
Strips of paint coming undone, rotting wood, broken windows, and general disrepair made this once attractive home a neighborhood eyesore.

Fortunately, the historical home was renovated and restored to preserve its natural beauty. It’s now the Lady Linden Bed and Breakfast.

It’s now safe to stroll through the front door and into the stained-glass lit foyer.
The entire interior has been restored in a style faithful to the original home. It’s a modern-day time capsule with updated appliances but an old-world charm.
