Amy Schumer, 42, took to Instagram and issued a ‘warning’ for women in their 20s as she posted a photo of herself hooked to an IV drop.
The comedian shared two images of herself, one from the Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne taken in 2012 while the other was a recent photo of her in a hospital.
In the first image, she can be seen wearing a dark violet dress while smiling brightly at the camera. However, her second photo shows her wearing a hospital gown while making an angry face.
She captioned her post: “Warning 20 somethings I looked like this at your age. Swipe. Life is coming for you.”
Even though she said that she was in her 20s when the photo was taken, Amy was actually 31 at that time.
She also took to Instagram Stories and shared the same images, writing: “Girls in your 20s guess what? I looked like you too. Life is coming for you b***hes.”
Many of her friends shared their thoughts, with Leonardo DiCaprio’s ex-girlfriend Camila Morrone saying: “I’m already at last slide.”
Michelle Visage also joked: “Relatable.”
Paris Hilton replied with a heart-eyes emoji while Viola Davis and Wanda Sykes commented with laughing emojis, and Amy Sedaris commented “Hahahhahahahaha.”
Fans also flooded the comments section, with one saying: “I know that feeling! It only gets worse! Slippery slope.”
Another wrote: “It happens SUDDENLY too. Overnight.”
A third added: “This inspired one of those laughs that are so startling that your morning coffee comes out of your nose….”
Someone else said: “This made me spit out my outmeal. Thank you.”
