Brendan Fraser looked suave as he walked with his partner Jeanne Moore at BAFTA Tea Party after he boycotted the Golden Globes.
The 54-year-old actor sported a gray suit he matched with a white button-down shirt and a dark blue tie. He also wore thick-rimmed glasses and shiny black shoes.
The George of the Jungle star’s better half wowed people with her chic appearance as she posed in a red low-cut gown.
Moore wore her blonde hair down as she held a silver clutch and wore nude heels around the venue. She posed with her head resting on her partner’s chest and one arm locked around him.
The BAFTA Tea Party is an annual event organized by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
Other stars who attended the invite-only event were Kate Hudson, Michelle Yeoh, Angela Basset, and Cate Blanchett.
Fraser is one of the stars who received an award for his impressive performance in the movie The Whale.
He was reportedly nominated for the Golden Globe for his performance in the film but Austin Butler scooped the award for his performance in the biopic Elvis.
But even if he had won, Fraser said he wouldn’t have delivered a speech as he already revealed that he had no plans to attend.
“I have more history with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association than I have respect for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association,” he said in reference to claims he made that he was assaulted by former HFPA president Philip Berk.
“I felt ill,” he went on. “I felt like a little kid. I felt like there was a ball in my throat. I thought I was going to cry. I felt like someone had thrown invisible paint on me.”
Fraser was previously married to actress Afton Smith until they’ve decided to separate ways in 2008. They share three children, Griffin, 20, Holden, 18, and Leland, 16.
