A couple have been left devastated after a woman suddenly walked into their dream proposal and kept on hovering near them while they were getting engaged.
24-year-old Zenicca Llanza from the Philippines took to social media and shared a video of her boyfriend popping the question at the beach.
Even though her fiancé had arranged decorations for the special moment, a woman decided to rearrange the setup and interrupt the romantic moment.
In the viral TikTok video, Zennica and her soon-to-be husband can be seen walking along the beach before she spotted a tent with a table, white table cloth and some cushions.
There was a sign with the words ‘Will you marry me?’ and a cake on the table with the same words. Zennica’s boyfriend then got down on one knee to pop the question.
But during his speech, a woman suddenly appeared and moved the sign before walking close to the couple to see the ring.
Zenicca captioned her video: “How to quickly ruin a proposal.”
“Please be mindful of other people’s once in a lifetime event! You never know you’re already ruining it,” she added.
Viewers were shocked by the woman’s actions, with one person commenting: “Aw I could tell she had good intentions but was ignorant in the moment that she was slightly ruining something y’all would cherish forever.”
Another wrote: “You could excuse the first few seconds w good intentions but the rest I feel like we’re just really bad manners and not having any self awareness.”
A third added: “Lmao she just kept getting closer but also I thought y’all were a random couple and he decided to use the setup.”
