Ms. Ragland, 66, is very close to Meghan and Harry, playing a big part in the lives of the couple’s children, Archie and Lilibet.

She was also the only family member of Meghan who attended the 2018 royal wedding and was photographed having a conversation with King Charles, then Prince of Wales, at St. George’s Chapel.

Reports say that she could finally make her TV debut in the show, which will give the Duke and Duchess of Sussex the chance to explain further why they decided to step down from their royal duties and move to the U.S.

Ms. Ragland recently appeared on a Zoom call with her daughter and grandson Archie as the Suits alum spoke to an academic, who posted a screenshot of the videocall on social media.

Meghan also said on her podcast Archetypes that even though she is now a mother of two, her mother still uses her childhood nickname.

“My mum still calls me Flower,” she said in a conversation with Michaela J. Rodriguez.

“I’ll be a 41 year old Flower, that’s fine.”

In September, Doria was seen walking her dogs near her home and fans were quick to spot a flower tattoo on her arm.

In an interview with Glamour magazine before she met Harry, Meghan described her mother as a ‘free spirit.’

“My mum’s a yoga instructor, but she does social work as well and she works specifically with the geriatric community,” she said.

“She’s got dreadlocks and a nose ring. She just ran the LA Marathon. We can just have so much fun together, and yet I’ll still find so much solace in her support. That duality co-exists the same way it would in a best friend.”
