Hilary Swank cradles her ‘miracle’ pregnancy bump in a new photo as she posed in front of her Christmas tree wearing a onesie.
The 48-year-old actress sported a red and white onesie as she cradled her baby bump only days after posting more holiday photos.
She and her husband Philip Schneider, 45, revealed that they are expecting twins and they will be their first children.
Taking to Instagram, the Alaska Daily star wrote: “We couldn’t wish for a more incredible miracle. So grateful for these two gifts of a tfelime!!”
She went on: “Merry Christmas Everyone!! Wishing you all miracles in your own lives in whatever forms they take.”
Her post has gained more than 230,000 likes and thousands of comments.
Hilary’s friends and fans also sent greetings, with Will and Grace actress Debra Messing writing: “Mama!!!!!!!!!”
Comedian Kevin Nealon also commented: “So exciting!! Merry Christmas!”
Fellow actor Selma Blair said: “So happy for you!!! Cutest little elves.”
American brain coach Jim Kwik also added: “Merry Christmas, congratulations on your baby blessings.”
This comes after Hilary shared a photo of her wearing a pair of black pajamas. “All I want for Christmas is yoooouuus, ohhhhh baby(s),” she wrote.
After announcing that she’s expecting twins, the Million Dollar Baby star told Extra that she had hidden the news from the cast and crew until she received the all clear from her doctor indicating that both babies were healthy.
“I was cutting my pants open in the back because they weren’t fitting me anymore and, like, finding creative ways to hide it,” Hilary revealed.
She is also celebrating a Golden Globe nomination for her role on the show as journalist Eillen Fitzgerald.
