Howard Stern accuses pregnant Rihanna of lip-syncing more than 80 percent of her Super Bowl performance on Sunday.
The Umbrella hitmaker, who just announced that she was pregnant with her second child, surprised fans with her best songs.
But telling his listeners of The Howard Stern Show on Sirius XM, the 69-year-old claimed that the 34-year-old songstress lip-synced the majority of her performance.
“You know, I don’t even know why she bothered showing up. I could be wrong, but in my opinion, 85 percent of that performance was lip sync,” Stern said.
“Well, the big giveaway might be when she puts the microphone down by her knees and her lips aren’t moving and the other voices are going,” he added.
Co-host Robin Quivers then said that she ‘couldn’t be sure’ if the entire performance was lip-synced.
“I had a theory, Rihanna was not lip-syncing, but she put the microphone near her vag*na so the new baby could sing. The baby was singing backup,” Stern added.
Rihanna left fans shocked when she announced that she was expecting her second child during her Super Bowl performance.
Her first child, whom she shares with rapper A$AP Rocky, was born on May 13 last year. A representative for the singer confirmed the baby news after the performance.
Many fans also think that Rihanna lip-synced but said that the performance was amazing.
“Nailed that lip sync battle last night!” one Twitter user wrote.
“Rihanna is a great singer tho it was clearly a lip sync performance but she is still hot,” another said.
“I thought it was 100% lip sync. Classic when the mic was down by her legs and miracles of miracles her voice was still heard but her lips were not moving!” a third added.
