Identical-looking strangers with the same name and same job have taken a DNA test to see if they are related in some way.
32-year-old Brady Feigl, a baseball player for the Long Island Ducks, was petrified when he saw 27-year-old Brady Feigl, who is a player for the Las Vegas Aviators, according to the New York Post.
In addition to having the same name and profession, both men also have the same red hair, same height, and wear eyeglasses.
To finally solve the mystery, the baseball players have decided to take DNA test to see if they are related.
But no matter how many similarities they have, the DNA test revealed that they have no biological connection.
“We’re still brothers in a way,” the older Brady said.
It was in 2015 when they were first mistaken for each other when the trainer of the younger Brady received a call.
It was the surgeon who operated on his elbow about six months earlier.
“I was probably six or seven months out of surgery and their office called our trainer and said, ‘Hey, when’s Brady reporting for surgery?” the younger Brady told The Clarion Ledger.
It turned out that the older player was also about to have the same surgery with the same surgeon.
“That’s how I found out there was two of us,” the younger one explained.
This follows a similar story when a woman named Pixie found her husband’s doppelganger in a grocery store and their baby couldn’t figure out which one was his dad.
In a video shared on TikTok, the baby’s dad can be seen holding him but he seemed to be baffled as he looked back and forth with his dad and his doppelganger.
“My husband’s doppelganger! It’s so crazy seeing them in person. No, they’re not related at all!” the mother captioned the clip, which gained more than 1.1 million views and 172k likes.
