Jason Momoa has been slammed by viewers for having a ‘rude’ attitude when he appeared on the BBC One show.
During his guest appearance where he was joined by celebrity Nigella Lawson, 63, and Northern Irish star James Nesbitt, 58, the 44-year-old actor discussed his role in the forthcoming DC sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
While being interviewed by Jermaine Jenas and Alex Jones, viewers noticed that Momoa turned his back on Lawson during the talk show.
Fans rushed to social media to share their thoughts on the situation and many slammed the Aquaman star for his ‘rude’ behavior.
One person wrote: “Never really been a fan of Jason but now definitely not a fan the way he has his back to nigella! #rude!”
Another said: “Jason Momoa is being quite ignorant at times, especially when James Nesbitt is talking as he has his back to Nigella Lawson.”
A third said: “#TheOneShow Jason Momoa sat with his back to Nigella the whole time on the sofa…so rude…Grace Jones slapped Russel Harty for that…quite right too.”
Someone else said: “Just switched on the telly. Why is Jason Momoa pointedly sitting with his back to Nigella Lawson??”
Momoa recently talked about his role in the second film of Aquaman in his opening monologue for Saturday Night Live.
“It means so much to me,” the Game of Thrones star expressed.
The actor also announced that his mother was also in attendance before joking: “If you see her, be careful, she’s still recovering from giving birth to me.”
He added: “But I’m so happy to be here. I love this place. I love life! I love waking up washing my luxurious hair with a full bottle of shampoo, and I love playing Aquaman because I love the ocean.”
