The documents stated that Jonas ‘respectfully requests’ that he and the Game of Thrones star ‘establish a parenting plan’ and a ‘timesharing schedule.’

It also stated that both children have been living with their father ‘in Miami and other locations throughout the United States,’ suggesting that Jonas has been traveling with their daughters during the Jonas Brothers’ US tour while Turner has been working on a new project.

It has also been reported that their marriage started breaking down over lifestyle differences, as Turner ‘likes to party’ while Jonas prefers to ‘stay at home.’

“They have very different lifestyles,” a source said.

Their divorce documents also reveal that Jonas and Turner ‘entered into a valid and enforceable prenuptial agreement’ days before they got married in Las Vegas.

The documents also suggest that the singer has no plans to request child support from his estranged wife.

“Both parties have the ability to provide for the support of the minor children and they should both be required to contribute to the support of the minor children,” it stated.
