Dan White from Los Angeles, California, explained that he used Shufferfly, a photo printing app that lets users select images from their camera roll and add their clipart and text, to design his Christmas cards.

But he was shocked when his cards finally arrived and came with a huge surprise.

Instead of a snowy scene or a family portrait, the greeting card has a dental x-ray with festive cliparts around it.

White said that he may have accidentally selected a different photo while trying to adjust the image.

He also says that the X-ray is not even his but belongs to his neighbor, Mike.

Shutterfly even commented on the hilarious mishap and said: “Hi Dan. Oh no! We’re sorry to hear about your cards.

“Let’s see what we can do to help today. Please send us a DM with your order number, email address, and the same details here so we can help! We look forward to hearing from you!”
