The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have ‘no way back’ as they reignited the war with more attacks on the Royal Family in their new Netflix documentary.
The Prince of Wales was said to be ‘utterly furious’ at Harry and Meghan’s claims of poor treatment and many in the Royal family believe that there is ‘no way back’ for the pair.
After the $100 million Netflix series used videos of the late Princess Diana’s Panorama interview, Prince William was reportedly left furious.
Prince William was sickened that the streaming giant shared the video from the 1995 Panorama interview with Princess Diana, which she reportedly agreed to do after being conned by reporter Martin Bashir from BBC.
The Prince of Wales said that the footage should “never be aired again” and believed both he and his brother Harry made a mutual agreement.
“Harry has blatantly gone against his wishes with the Panorama footage. It shows just how little regard there is from the Sussex camp. William will be rightly furious about it,” a source said.
“He couldn’t have been clearer and this is one thing he would have thought he and Harry were aligned on. It shows the gulf between them couldn’t be wider,” the source continued.
More questions regarding racism arise after the Duke of Sussex suggested that his family was afflicted by ‘unconscious bias.’
According to Mirror, the Palace and the streaming giant got into a briefing war as Netflix claimed the Royals refused to comment after being approached before the release of the docu-series.
However, Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace said that no approach was made before clarifying hours later that they had indeed received contact from a third-party production company that went unresolved.
