Sandra Bullock was seen for the first time since the tragic death of her longtime partner Bryan Randall at the age of 57.
The 59-year-old actress was seen out in Beverly Hills, driving with her dog on her lap days after Randall’s passing following a private battle with ALS.
Meanwhile, former NFL offensive lineman Oher filed a lawsuit over ‘The Blind Side’ profits, a movie for which Bullock earned a ‘Best Actress’ Oscar award.
In the suit, Oher alleged that the film is based on a lie, leaving fans shocked with claims that the retired athlete is not actually the adopted son of Leigh Anne and Sean Touhy like what the film shows.
In the legal filing against his family, the 37-year-old has claimed that he was tricked into signing a document that made Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy conservators and not adoptive parents, allowing them to make profits with his name.
But in the film, Bullock who portrayed Leigh Anne adopted Oher.
Oher, in the movie, then went on to star in college and was drafted in the first round.
Oher also claims that the conservatorship allowed Leigh Anne and Sean to strike a deal in which they would receive royalties from the film, specifically $225,000 each plus 2.5 percent of the ‘defined net proceeds.’
He alleges in the suit that he did not receive one cent from the movie which showed his story of homelessness to draft pick and to his success.
Sean Tuohy reportedly responded to the claims, saying the family were ‘devastated’ by the allegations.
According to the Daily Memphian, Sean said: “We are going to keep loving Michael.”
