JUST IN: Senior Royals Just Made It Clear That Prince Harry Will NOT Be Welcome At King Charles’ Coronation, Source Claims


The Duke of Sussex will not be welcomed at the coronation of his father King Charles after he criticized the royal family in his book, a source has claimed.

It is not clear whether the King will invite Prince Harry or whether the invitation would be accepted but senior royals are not willing to spend time with him at the historical event in case their conversations ‘end up in the paperback,’ according to The Sun.

Harry recently appeared on US talkback shows to promote his memoir, Spare. But his family have been hurt by the details he has revealed in the book.

“There have been discussions among the family, including Edward and Anne,” a source told The Sun.

“They do not want private conversations at the Coronation making it into the paperback edition of Spare.”

The palace are yet to reveal plans for the coronation and the guest list has not yet been completed.

According to the organizers, the event will ‘reflect the monarch’s role today’ and ‘look towards the future, while being rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry.’

It was recently reported that the King had resigned himself to his younger son not attending the celebration in May 6.

A royal source close to the family claimed that it would be very ‘hard for the Sussexes’ to attend after ‘what has been said.’

The insider also said that the family expects Harry and Meghan to politely give a reason not to attend even if they receive an invitation.
