A mother who was previously branded as Britain’s most hated woman has once again sparked fury after revealing she charges her family members a fortune for Christmas dinner.
Carla Bellucci, who was forced to move from her hometown after facing a backlash when she revealed she faked her depression to get a free nose job from the NHS, now raised eyebrows by making an “outrageous” reveal about her plans for this year’s festive season.
According to the mom, she’s going to charge her Christmas dinner guests $200 per head because she believes she should make a profit from cooking for 15 people.
“It’s not cheap feeding people and it also takes a lot of time to put together a nice meal,” the 42-year-old said of her planned dinner which will come with one complimentary glass of champagne for each guest.
“I’ll give them a glass of Champagne, but if they want any more booze, they can bring their own. Everything I do is for profit and my family understand that.”
Carla went on to suggest that quality comes at a price while insisting she doesn’t care about the relatives who choose not to come to her dinner because of the price.
“You might find a carvery that’s cheaper than my place, but my dinner is going to be a lot more classy than that,” she added.
“It wouldn’t be any cheaper if you went to a restaurant or hotel for a Christmas Day meal, so why should I be out of pocket? I’ll have the telly on in the background so they can listen to the King at 3 pm and watch whatever they like.”
The mother also revealed she would open her doors to her guests at 2 pm before “kicking them out” by 10 pm after a game of charades.
