A woman selling her house has offered to reduce the price in half by offering to include her husband as a ‘personal chef’ and cleaner.

Crystal Ball, 43, and her husband Richard Chaillou, 54, have decided to separate ways after their 7-year marriage.

The two remain on good terms but Crystal wants to make sure that her ex-husband has somewhere to live after their split.

Her post reads: “Wonderfully rehabbed ex-husband up for grabs as tenant in this stunning Panama City Beach, Fl. home.

“This dream man in the kitchen is a personal chef and server cooking up perfect meals on a new stove with updated countertops you can make memories on.”

Crystal said: “Me and Richard have had our problems but we’re all sorted now and want the best for each other.

“We’re still close as a family, and we wanted to use our divorce to help sell the house whilst looking after our own interests as well.”

Her hilarious listing describes her ex-husband as a ‘helping hand’ who will clean and cook for the owners in exchange for a room in the house.

The property is on sale for $700,000 but will be discounted if the buyer also takes on Richard.

In her post, Crystal also shared photos of Richard posing around the house. In one picture, he is accompanied by a white tiger soft toy while standing next to a hot tub.

“It isn’t a requirement that the buyer takes Richard, but the option is there for them if they’d like to knock some money off the price of the property,” she said.

“The listing agents we’ve been through are trying to claim it’s against the rules what were doing, and they keep removing the house from their websites.

“Taking the photos was hilarious, and I particularly like the appearance of the tiger in some of the shots.

“Hopefully someone sees the funny side in it and takes both the house and Richard off my hands sooner rather than later!”
