Two dogs, Bob and Chiara, were allowed to stay with their owner in the ambulance and the hospital after they refused to leave his side.
In Brazil, paramedics were called to take care of a man suffering from an apparent seizure. On the arrival of the paramedics, the man was laying on the ground, and two dogs were standing right beside him who had no intention of leaving the patient’s side, no matter what.
When the patient was transferred to the ambulance, both dogs followed him and tried to get in the ambulance with their owner. Paramedics tried to keep them away but didn’t get any success. Later, they informed their higher-ups that these two dogs would be accompanying the patient as it was clear that they were insisting on it.
According to the paramedics’ supervisor, Patricia Iolanda, this action was done keeping in view the patient’s condition.
It was also kept in mind that the dogs would be left alone in the house if forced to stay away from the ambulance.
To keep things normal and under control, they had to permit the two faithful dogs to accompany their owner wherever he was.On reaching the hospital, the patient was admitted due to his serious condition, but the dogs waited outside.
Fortunately, the two adorable creatures didn’t have to wait much as their owner recovered the next day and was discharged from the hospital.
He left the hospital with his dogs, and several doctors and nurses witnessed this adorable event.Paramedics deal with many issues every day, but this sort of event was rare.
