We face many difficulties during our traveling, sitting with co-passengers may be troubling sometimes.
An airline passenger has slammed a fellow passenger for spreading her hair over the back of her seat as she blocked the entire screen of the person behind them.
An Australian man, named David, shared a picture of the female passenger on Facebook and revealed how she had her hair flicked back over the headrest while watching an in-flight movie.
After the picture went viral, many slammed the woman for her ‘incredibly selfish’ behavior – but not everyone agrees that she was in the wrong.
‘How rude. Where’s a pair of scissors when you need them?’ one said.
Another added: ‘That’s why they don’t let you take scissors on board. I’d ask politely to remove it and if she didn’t then I’d be removing it for her myself. One strand every minute.’
A third person then chimed in: ‘I’d have that s*** under control in a heartbeat, incredibly selfish and rude.’
‘It’s a shame scissors aren’t allowed on planes. I’d cut it nice and straight just above the TV,’ another commented.
In the absence of scissors, one person suggested: ‘Just go play with her hair and annoy her until she turns around and tells you to cut it. Consent accepted.’
One person didn’t seem to care about how to deal with the problem, but simply lashed out at the ‘revolting’ nature of the woman’s behavior, writing: ‘It’s revolting… and you can’t tell me they don’t know what they are doing.
‘Unless of course, they are that stupid.’
Other people supported the woman and said to the man – presumably David – should have politely approached the woman in question in order to discuss the issue instead of calling her out on social media.
‘Not sure why some people sit and fester over issues and take the time to take a photo and post – what happened to just politely explaining the infringement on your personal space is not acceptable,’ one said.
‘If you get off your phone and talk to people you can actually meet some nice people.’
Another passenger also shared a picture of a different woman who interrupted his in-flight movie by draping her hair over his screen, and it seems that the problem is common.
