“You Could Do A Better Job At Selling”- Pelosi Slams Press For Not Promoting Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ Plan


House Speaker Nanci Pelosi recently lectured the Press for not promoting President Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ infrastructure plan.

The Speaker was quick to put the blame on reporters after she was questioned as to why so few Americans knew what the plan actually consisted of. “Well, every time I come back here, I have to go through a mega list. Complaining at a recent press conference, Pelosi didn’t’ shy away from speaking her mind.

Using a harsher tone than usual, the House Speaker spoke to Congressional reporters present at Capitol Hill about how they just were not doing a good job at promoting the President’s plan.

Recently, a new poll conducted by CBS revealed how a minority of American citizens actually knew about what the plan actually included. And when asked why Pelosi explained how the Press was just not up to the mark in this regard.

“It’s a mega 3.5 trillion spending plan, but so few people know about it. They’re just not informed on the matter!”- questioned one news member hailing from NBC. To that query, the House Speaker mentioned how it was the media’s role to inform others, placing the blame on the press instead of the White House.

“Don’t you think you need to do a much better at informing than just that?”- the newscaster went on to question. But Pelosi denied and pushed back any form of claims that hinted at the White House’s failure in this regard.

“I’m going to be so frank with you all. Every single time that I come here, I have to go through a particular list. It’s really hard to break through when you have such a comprehensive package,” she added.
