There are all types of violations of common sense rules when it comes to the car parks of supermarkets.
While some people park in a way to block other cars, some consume the space for two vehicles.
All that’s everyday stuff but what’s not everyday stuff is people parking in the trolley bay area.
If you think it is not in the realm of sanity to park a car in the trolley bay, this person in Buenos Aires, Argentina, proved the converse of the condition.
After the owner parked their Peugeot 308 in the trolley bay, the staff of the supermarket decided to give them a not-very-pleasant surprise.
The workers gathered more trolleys in the same spot than you’d ever have seen before.
The trolleys were assembled in a way to block every possible exit of the car, even making getting to the car or opening the doors impossible.
The pictures of the scene, showing as much as seven rows of trolleys surrounding the car, went viral on social media soon after they were shared on Facebook by Arnold Angelini.
Arnold captioned the pictures, saying: “The truth is that you have to be very stupid to park the car in the ‘changos’ sector. You can’t be so HDP and leave it where you want. Applause for the employees who left the car locked.”
Arnold, a lawyer, spoke to El Comodorense in detail about the incident, saying: “My partner took the picture.
“The unusual thing is that the car was really badly parked and the changuitos [monkeys] put them later. He parked where he wanted.
“Sometimes there is no place and you have to look elsewhere, but the most laudable thing is what the employees did: it is their job and they are tired of the same thing happening to them.
“What if there had been an emergency? People do not respect each other, it is a matter of living with values within society. I didn’t see when he got out of there, frankly we didn’t see him.
“This went viral because a friend asked me to share it.”
If you think parking in the trolley bay is the dumbest thing one can do, it might come as a surprise to you that last month a group of cyclists cycled right through the aisles of an ASDA outlet, even punching a shopper during their cycling trip across the supermarket.
The boys from the cycling group filmed the whole thing and posted it online, captioning it ‘The Maddest Day Ever In Brighton.’ They amassed 20,000 views before YouTube took the video down.
According to the official spokesman of ASDA, the incident was ‘totally unacceptable.’
