Jaime Rolando Urbina Torres, the mayor of the town of Tantará,obviously thought little of the quarantine measures and went to the local bar to drink with friends. When he was caught by the police, he was drunk: but not only was he drunk, but he pretended to be a corpse, a casualty of the coronavirus, and was pictured lying inside a casket.
