A photo taken from a UK chippy menu, appearing as a delicious meal on the first sight, has made the internet upset.
At the first look, the picture appears as a delectable savor consisting of a pie, fried potatoes, and numerous peas. But the goddamn peas look a bit weird – and that’s what causing unrest on the web.
Concentrating on the peas, it takes just a while to figure out that they are not the usual ones you and I eat. They are unnaturally upside down.
As soon as the photo got its way to social media sites, it followed people’s comments showing annoyance and disgust.
“That tweet is f***ing me up. I’ve zoomed in on every pea, and Indeed they’re all upside down. Dunno what to do with myself now,” a Twitter user wrote.
“Peas are round, silly, they can’t be upside down, I said naively before looking at the image,” wrote another.
“Bit like my photography skills,” someone quipped. “Why are the peas the only thing on the plate that are Photoshopped?” asked one person.
One user even tried to fix the strange-looking picture.
While many people are taunting the artist and the restaurant on their ‘unsettling’ Photoshop skills, one proposed that it may be a tactic to get free advertisement.

If it’s really a marketing move, it worked really well. And if it’s just a mistake, then how could it get approved without anyone noticing the defect.

This other incomprehensible shot, which also got viral on the internet, looked a beautiful beach to many people and a rough, old car door to the rest.
This image also divided the internet into two groups, with one group saying: “How could anyone see a beach in it,” and the other maintaining: “How can people see a car door?”

Some folks were greatly confused, like this one, who wrote: “Lol I saw the sea then looked harder and saw the car. Now I’m messed up.”
The picture indeed shows a rusty car door, but fair play to all those who have an artistic mind to visualize it as a beautiful horizon.
