An innocent family photo has gone viral thanks to a hilarious optical illusion.
The picture was shared on Reddit by a user known as u/BeardoGREG who was apparently amazed by the selfie his family had taken while on a trip.

While there’s clearly nothing wrong with the surroundings, the man with an awesome-looking beard appears to be flying towards the camera like a Superman because there’s no sign of his legs!
We can assure you, however, that the man in the pic is no Superman and that both of his legs are intact! So can you figure out what’s going on in the photo?
After the photo went viral, internet users were quick to come up with hilarious ideas of their own.
“You were shot out of a cannon. The cannon is behind you and you are flying straight into the camera with that determined look on your face,” one person wrote.
“Nothing confusing here. You’re just wearing camo pants,” another one joked.
As it happens, the man in the photo is simply crouching with his legs spread wide open so that they’re hiding behind his family.
