Piers Morgan has raised his voice through Twitter after witnessing a trans veteran beat up a woman during a horrifying MMA fighter match.
38-year-old Alana McLaughlin has now become the second trans-MMA fighter who competed in the sport, using a rather powerful choke to grab a hold of and beat out 32-year-old fighter Celine Provost.
Clearly, the latter was renowned to be a more skilled as well as experienced fighter during their match which reportedly took place on Friday night.
But what really struck out is how a once-male veteran of the Combat Forces found it so convenient to beat up a woman in the name of trans sports.
That definitely didn’t sit down too well with Piers Morgan who says that this is injustice and extreme to the highest levels.Speaking his mind out via his Twitter account, Morgan reportedly went on mentioning how it was high time authorities stepped in and did something about this because it would soon be too late if we saw women tragically die in the name of trans-sports.
It was quite evident that although Alana won, it was certainly not due to skill but more so due to the physical strength and force that her opponent lacked. You could see the overwhelming strength from Alana’s side and for so many people, including Morgan, it was just painful to watch.
Provost’s tried her level best to fight back with some sturdy punches but that just was not good enough.
Moreover, it was an absolute moment of helplessness for her, when she was pinned down to the ground.
She just couldn’t move and many feared for the worst. But thankfully, Provost realized that this was just too much for her. Therefore, she quickly took a moment to think and tap out before the mess got uglier than it already was.
